The Mazda6 Brings a Lot to the Market

The Mazda6 looks and feels like a luxury car, but it has a much more affordable price tag. At our dealership, many of our Harrisburg area customers have been impressed at what this car has to offer. Since it comes in five different trims, ranging from the Sport to the Signature, you'll be able to find a model that meets your expectations.

Technology

All of our Mazda6 trims are equipped with an eight-inch full-color touchscreen. Included with the standard Mazda Connect infotainment system are HD Radio, Pandora radio, voice commands, and Bluetooth® so you can keep your hands on the wheel while making phone calls. On all of the trims except the base model, you'll have Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility.

If you want to enhance your sound system, consider getting the Grand Touring trim, which comes with 11 speakers as part of the Bose Centerpoint2 Surround Sound system. The Grand Touring also includes SiriusXM Satellite Radio, which greatly expands entertainment options. With the higher trims, starting with the Grand Touring Reserve, you'll get to take advantage of an Active Driving Display. This projects key vehicle information onto the windshield behind your steering wheel, so you can maintain focus on the road while getting updates.

What's special about the package in the Signature trim is that it comes with the Mazda Navigation System and a SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link subscription. You'll be able to get live updates about traffic, weather, and fuel prices in Hanover.

Performance

The Mazda6 can be powered by one of two engines. The standard engine has 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque, and it has a displacement of 2.5 liters. It gets excellent mileage, earning an EPA-estimated 35 MPG on the highway.

The other engine is the one found on the Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve, and Signature trims. It's a 2.5T model that can generate 250 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. It's considerably more responsive than the base engine, and it still gets pretty good mileage, capable of achieving up to 31 miles per gallon on the highway.

Both engines are paired with a SKYACTIV-Drive six-speed automatic transmission. You can certainly let the vehicle handle all the shifting for you, or you can engage sport mode if you ever want to be more in control of the transitions.
